Announcement of FY 2020-2024 Grant Award

It is with great pleasure and pride that the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation Vocational Rehabilitation Program announces that we have been approved for refunding for the FY 2020-2024 grant cycle. Our program was notified that our grant application for was accepted and granted on September 30, 2019. Although we had to wait until the eleventh hour to hear the good news, we were confidant in the strong grant proposal we submitted and were anxiously anticipating a positive outcome.

The MPTN VR Program is extremely excited to begin another five years of dedication and service to the Native American communities in our service areas of Connecticut and Rhode Island. It has been wonderful to see how the MPTN VR Program has developed and grown over the last seventeen years of service. This year we hope to expand our services and continue to help Native Americans with disabilities achieve their employment goals.

We are grateful to the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation for their unwavering support and our community partners for their collaborative efforts to provide the best services to our consumers. We look forward to strengthening these efforts and continued success over the next five years.
